Kind and willing in every way!Wonderful ground manners, ties great, stands for the farrier great, bathes great, saddles great, bridles great, stands for the mounting block great, and is an EASY going gelding. Did I mention wonderful ground manners and a PLEASURE to be around!! Comes running from the paddock to be haltered!Woody gets along with all horses!!! Very gentle and loves everyone.He has a nice handle on him and has been rode consistently the last 6 months. It doesn't matter how long he sits.. he is the SAME guy every time. He is also a beautiful mover! Smooth and fun to ride. Always been sound.We have trail rode a lot on him; he watches his feet and really enjoys moving out on the trail. I have also carried the American Flag with him and he enjoys that too. I think someone could do mounted shooting, parades, english, western, trails or whatever you wanted... nothing bothers him. He takes everything in stride!Woody is SO special and his personality is second to NONE!! He is voice command trained on the ground and also listens when you're on him besides your legs and reins. He is always waiting on you to see what ya'll want to do next!

Has current coggins. He has 1 old cosmetic scar on a front ankle; had it when I got him and it does not bother him. No maintenance other than lots of alfalfa!

Leo is a Drop Dead Gorgeous Gelding who is broke to death! Once in a lifetime kind of find! Honest and kind as they come! He has been a blessing to me and will be a blessing to someone else! His Dam is the cornerstone of my breeding program! 

If you are looking for your next Movie Star horse.. here you go! Leo (Quick Dash For Pay) is a big Teddy bear, Movie star looks but bred to go to the NFR. Comes with all the good looks and athleticism you could want. He wears a size 2 shoe, stands 16 hands and aprox. 1375-1400lbs. He is a gentle giant.  

I purchased Leo 6yrs ago and he has only had 1 other owner who was the breeder. He was started by cutting horse trainer Amon Yifton and had 3 months with him.

• He can gear up or down depending on the rider.
• He is the same guy every time you step on him.. doesn't matter how long it's been. He takes care of you. You can ride him bareback in a halter or whatever you want.

• He is patterned on the barrels but I was busy with futurity colts so he is just solid on his pattern.

Leo's pedigree...Quick Dash For Pay is by Irish Pay who is known for their good minds and athleticism across the country. Irish Pay is by Paddy's Irish Whiskey. His dam is 25yrs young, Me Cinsee Ann, and has quite a legacy of horses following her. She was bred into the 6666's program for her size, good bone, good feet, good mind and stamina. She also was used in the Frenchman's Quarter Horses program as well.  Leo is half brother to the PRCA head horse Chief aka Chief Quanah Parker who went to the NFR in 2023 with Clay Smith and qualified Brenten Hall for the American in Abilene in 2024. His dam Me Cinsee Ann is also maternal line to the amazing futurity horse, Goodbye Sophie, ran by Kassie Mowry last year. Same maternal line to other well know 1D barrel horses and rodeo horses: Muffin aka Kawai, currently in training with Steven Duby, Naduah aka Legs, Ethan Edwards, ran by Dee Dee Jordan currently. Leo's pedigree is solid for good minds, big hearts and proven performers. This bloodline thrives under pressure and want to please. The trainers love them.
